Yeah, it's a pain trying to keep up to date with everything. I know I sometimes put off crap I shouldn't just cause everything else gets exhausting.
I finished my review. Even decided to share it in the General Square Enix board. I missed the conversation my reviews would promote on here at times. A bit concerned at the decreased in traffic in my blog (my fault for only updating my social network pages once a week now), but the money is still flowing in so I can't complain. It's just exhausting to keep the social network pages updated all week long and my reviews exhaust me enough as it is.
Ain't that the truth.
Me too, though it probably helps that I was raised in the 8bit/16bit era so I can appreciate them more. And people who only cares about graphics are strange and foreign to me.
Well that's good. It always baffles me when people can't appreciate an old clunker.
*looks at all the old games he's played that many of his friends has never heard of* Don't think I'll have to worry there.
Yeah III is a different beast between the original NES and the DS version. I really liked the original better but I also have a bit of a retro fetish so take my recommendation with a grain of salt.
I'm hoping I'll be able to contribute more to the XII board after I replay the game. I also want to collect some of the classic games I don't have so I can replay them too, or for the first time in III and IV's case. I might just emulate III, though, so I can get a feel for what the original copy is like. IV or VI wouldn't be bad choices for my 100th review given their popularity.
Tell me about it. Gotta keep an eye on things cause life does move pretty fast.
I'm not worried. I haven't missed a deadline since starting these up again. I would have been at it for a full year with no breaks as of July. Time flies.
