Xbox exclusives end up on PC because of the whole Microsoft lovefest thing. That limits the appeal of the 360 library. I can't think of any real stand out 360 games, whereas you just have to look at Uncharted, Valkryia Chronicles, MGS etc etc. The library has really expanded in quantity and quality. Anyone entering the market now would be stupid to pick xbox over PS3. Yet they still do, goddamn fanboys. Halo is not a valid reason to buy an xbox even if I do love it to pieces.
Arkham is well worth the money. As a Marvel fan, I thought I'd dislike it, but it was really fun. And I never maxed Brotherhood cause the other trophies were online. I maxed singleplayer though. Which games do you find phenomenal? And that's always my argument against X-Box users slamming the PS3. Where are X-Box's exclusive games? Halo, Left4Dead and Fable are on PC too. At least PS3 has the value for money behind it.
I've played a fair bit of Arkham Asylum on xbox, don't own it yet though. Still need to max Brotherhood, but the other two AC are shiny max-completions The PS3 has some amazing exclusive games, it's phenomenal.
Valkyria is just fantastically amazing in every way. Demon's Souls is VERY difficult, but fulfilling. MGS4 is far from steathy, seeing as you can scope using weapons and stuff. You can get away with standing there and killing everyone you see, so I'm sure you'll do fine. Just don't go for a hard difficulty at the start. Suppose you'll probably already have Assassin's Creed and Batman Arkham Asylum for X-Box. Can't really think of many other PS3 games, seeing as I havent got LittleBigPlanet yet.
I've already max completed inFamous, it wasn't anywhere near as fantastic as I thought it would be! Heavy Rain is one I want to play, and I was supposed to be getting Valkyria Chronicles off Justy for Taxmas but he stooged me I have Bioshock and RoF on 360, they're both pretty awesom. As for Demon's Souls, it's on my list. MGS4 I am going to borrow off a mate (keep costs down). Hopefully I can be better than I was at MGS3. I was , got nowhere fast xD Uncharted I do love though!
Out of my games library, must buys would have to be Valkyria Chronicles, Demon's Souls, MGS4 and Bioshock if you haven't already got it. Resonance of Fate is a very good JRPG. Heavy Rain is an interesting game too. The rest of the games have already been made available to you by X-Boxness. InFamous is far from as good as people make out. And Uncharted is an alright game if you just want a 3rd person shooter with witty 1liners.
I'm really excited to play the damn thing, it doesn't even matter what I play it on! I do have a PS3, haven't hooked it up to PSN yet though. I don't have any games really But I am looking to change that soon! What do you recommend!
Haha you better do Ahh that is a limiting factor. My internet comes and goes, but I couldn't imagine playing Portal on anything other than a PC. You have a PS3 now do you not? Better be adding me on PSN when it's back online!
