  1. The Great Cistern was the standout dungeon from Skyward Sword.
  2. Oh yeah I definitely don’t think OoT has particularly interesting dungeons. But out of the dungeons within the game I have the best memories of this one. The Great Cistern is still a personal favorite of mine.
  3. That's fair, I'm just surprised how often the Forest Temple gets loved from the Zelda fanbase. Most of the Youtubers I was watching back during my Zelda kick kept citing this as one of the best dungeons in the series, and I'm thinking to myself that TP obviously has the best dungeon design in the franchise.
  4. That one was also good, but Forest Temple did stick to me the most
  5. Forest Temple just always felt like a foot note for me. I mean I like it, but I never felt it was exceptional. I honestly prefer the Spirit Temple.
  6. Well I do really enjoy the aesthetic. In general I’m a fan of forest locations, but this also combines that with a spooky house and a cathedral, so that makes it right up my alley. The atmosphere is great and the fact that I’m most cases it’s the first dungeon with keys that you get, it just makes a lasting impression. I also really like the puzzles here since they’re intuitive without being too easy. And so far it’s been one of the least combat-heavy dungeons. I just think it’s neat ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  7. You know, I have never understood the appeal of the Forest Temple.
  8. Ok so Standard Quest or Master Quest, Forest Temple is still my favorite OoT dungeon
  9. They tend to work better when they are comical like in BoFII and exorcising the Fat Demons from the Queen of Tunlan.
  10. I think they can work. Half of Bowser’s Inside Story is basically a womb level and it’s actually super fun. But Jabu Jabu is just bad.
