  1. That's him? Really? Forgive my ignorance then, but wow, I did not recognize him at all!
  2. Well, it is Jon Cusack but I'm not ashamed to say he speaks for both us sometimes.
  3. Is that really you breathing, or is it somebody else?
  4. Just thought I'd leave you a visitor message, since it's such a wonderful day
  5. Why thank you!
  6. Happy Birthday!
  7. Fallout 3 has been pretty fun but I love nuclear Armageddon stories with a 50's flair. I'm a bit sad I was too young to appreciate the Cold War, but I love stuff inspired from that era. The humor is offbeat and amusing though.
  8. That was a problem for me too. The amount of sidequests is stunning, compared to JRPGs, and being used to the manner of storytelling in those, I do kind of feel the plot suffers because of that. But many players love WRPGs for the freedom, and I still think Planescape: Torment has one of the best strories in a videogame. I could never get into Neverwinter Nights, though I own it and am still in my first playthrough of Icewind Dale. I would like to try the Fallout series as well, one day, since it's another one my girflriend recommended to me. Also, I adore Fable
  9. I never got into Baldur's Gate but that was ages ago and I should give it another shot. Lately I've been playing Fallout 3 and having a blast with my pseudo Dean Venture. I don't mind WRPG's my only issue with them is that if the story isn't structured enough I quickly lose interest and get lost in all the extra content. I haven't touched the main story of Fallout 3 in the last ten hours I've put into it and I'm close to getting top tier equipment and weapons.
  10. I was kinda curious about your attitude towards western RPGs. I know I've been a hater for quite some time, but after I persuaded my GF into playing FFVII, she talked me into playing Baldur's Gate and Planescape: Torment... And I liked those!
