  1. Hmm... That actually sounded like a good idea. I'll give it a shot then!

That's so nice of you to say, you know Thanks a lot! I'll post my stories up abd Hope you get to read them that way, and I'll do all I can to read your stories soon too
  2. It'd be like binge watching a real show.

You know, it never occurred to me to share my stories on Tumblr. That might be worth checking into some time.

All of those sound wonderful. You should consider making threads for them in the writing section. The board could use some more variety. That's why I've been posting more of my stuff there.
  3. Oh man, I need to catch up on WWC, then. To be honest, I haven't read a single entry yet, I've been so busy Will try to do that this week!

Your new idea sounds interesting and I hope you give me a link to it once you write it!

I have three ongoing stories on my blog, plus there's my novel. The novel is this urban fantasy type thing that's supposed to be a very dark deconstruction of the Harry Potter-eque narrative of "boy discovers magic is real". My three series on my blog are "Matoya", "Crosswords" and "A Road to Eden". Matoya's this high fantasy thing that is meant to be mostly light and funny, with the occasional darker theme, mostly inspired by Final Fantasy, the Witcher series and Yasumi Matsuno's stories. "Crosswords" is this modern day coomedy/action thing where a group of friends get involved in some big conspiracy and have to go on a big road trip to escape their pursuers and get to the truth (interestingly, this ones the most popular on tumblr, probably due to there being an openly, non-stereotypical gay couple within the main group of friends ). And lastly, "Eden" is about Earth coming into open contact with aliens and the fate of humanity being determined by the alien factions who will decide what will happen based on the group of humans they have elected. The story follows 12 protagonists and uses frequent POV shifts. I hope that can make the world and plot be delivered in a more complete manner. This idea came to me suddenly once and I hope I can do a lot with it in the future!
  4. Awesome. I'm currently working on an original series in my spare time. It's about a prison inmate who escapes and tries to make a new life for herself. It's different from a lot of other things I've written so I've been having a lot of fun with it. When Worlds Collide is coming up on its season finale within the next two weeks and I'm reviewing a lot of fun old school games this month. I also want to do a Supergirl series at some point.
  5. Well, my Road to Eden thing got an unexpected new chapter and I've been drawing characters from there, so yay?
  6. I was on a podcast yesterday. Soon everyone on EoFF will get to hear my smexy voice.

    How j00?
  7. I'll be sure to do the same.

My SNL EoFF Parody got some responses, though.
  8. Yeah, that's exactly how it often is :/ I think no one'a there and then when I ask someone it turns out they've read it and have an opinion. Getting that opinion out of them is another difficult thing altogether...

Still, I'm sure as hell letting you know once I read any of your stuff and hope you read mine whenever you have the time
  9. I haven't updated the GoT fic in some time. I can't even remember if I posted all of the chapters here or not. I mainly been working on my web-series and reviews, now.

I haven't, sadly. I keep telling myself I'm going to start reading other people's work so maybe it'd give me good karma with my own, but I keep forgetting or not mustering up the will to do it.

When I figure it out I'll let you know. What you're feeling is common among writers, though. Even professionals writers don't always get as many responses as they'd like. Probably why they spend all day promoting themselves. The thing is people could be reading it and just don't comment. That how it is with most of my stuff. I usually have to go out of my way to get any feedback.
  10. I love Silent Hill!

Ooh, which reminds me (idk why, though). I'm also steadily making my way through a Song of Ice and Fire, so I will soon read your fanfic

Have you perchance been reading any of my stories? My friend who used to give me at least some feedback for every story has decided to stop being my friend (don't ask, it's a long story) and I've started to get the feeling that no one is actually reading my stuff. The traffic statistics have also weakened of late You're experienced in this thing. How do I get people to read my stuff?
