haha no it just had pickles ON the sammich xD the pickles are called "bread and butter pickles". It was a turkey sandwich.

Urm.... right before Halloween? I had to go to the ER and they found it. It's in my chest though so they can't do much for testing since it'd have to be liek heart surgery so i have to wait to get another scan to see if it's gown. It's most likely just benign though.
