I tired to resize it with GIMP but the quality of the image got affected badly.

And I couldn't find any site where I can download imageready for free.

Can you resize it for me?

I'm gonna try and resize it cause my Award Yuletide's avatar can use some eye blinking too!!

I've never used GIMP! I use Adobe ImageReady to animate.
