Well the digital copies are stored on the Vita Memory card yes. Physical copies still need card for saves though. I never like cloud style stuff in case I can't get internet service.

Just 8 GB that came with the Vita and it's REALLY not enough. Just the P4G and FFXHD make the card full. I am saving money for exporting 64 GB one from play-asia.
