CK comp was a staff prank along with staff stepping down. Raistlin played his own joke that accidentally weaved in and out with the staff's own joke. The elections started because I posted banners in the Event Committee in the hope that elections would shut people up about the CK comp which was still thought to be legitimately messy at the time. I hope that is short and succinct enough.
