Let's hope so anyway. They still need to get past the level that RE is taught as truth and not romantic fiction and that Evolution did occur though. In that aspect they're still a developing country..
The students all seem different though. There's still that inbuilt nature but plenty of them want to visit the world and I don't think that's just so they can trout all over everyone else.
Tell me about it. The world knows enough of that already. Half the population can't tell you where things are in the world, what their currency is or even what other countrys are even out there. It is pretty infuriating how they have the impression that America>The World
I don't think there is a more self absorbed country in the world, honestly. From what I've experienced so far, it's very american. Everything that affects america is important, everything that doesn't isn't.
Oh dear god xD And even then, that's a typical response from them. It wasn't 'Saving Lives' it was 'Saving American Lives' seeing as it smurfed up so many Japanese lives..
It was all about saving lives by ending the war quickly but it just propelled the world into an era of fear and then flashforward to the present day and these same damn weapons are in the hands of half the world and at any point they could just flip their trout and we'd all be smurfed a la this
Yeahh, tell me about it.. They only had to use the A Bomb because they were too inept to actually stop the Japenese. The Japs had no hope of winning, but the Yanks were too lazy to get on with it and take the battering they were doing. They let us lose enough men in WW1 in a 3 year stalemate, so they should do their share too, rather than using a WMD and getting away with it just because they're so far up themselves.
That is very true. They claim alllllll of the credit now and basically fell into being the world superpower 'cause they built a big ass bomb. smurf that man the world is a worse place because of it.
Hey, at least we helped. We didn't enter the war 3 years late like some other country we know *Glaaaaaaaare*
We went an assailed an impossible turkish front while you guys had tea and biscuits before sneaking around the back
