I can imagine. There were like 3 ice cream places here but two of them shut down and the only one left is an outdoor one that sharky and I don't like as much. Plus it's always SUPER busy. He keeps saying we should open our own ice cream shop. We don't have the means to do so but it is an exciting idea

Thank you! Yeah problem is that it'll be a bit to get up to the point of being successful so he's going to have to pick up a second/third job to pay bills for a while before it picks up. And I'll have to try to get all this stuff I want to do while holding down my current job until I can (if I can) manage to make a positive profit that's more than my current income. We're giving ourselves 2 years. In 2 years we should be much further and better off.

He met with a broker and him and his dad are going to be starting a real estate agency. I'ma build a website and try that whole journalism thing I had passion for as a teen. I'm going to use pinterest to market cause yeah, it's a goldmine.
