i want to eat your babby
I'm sure you knew it was my birthday today, I could've sworn that I told you about Quin and Psy comming down for my birthday?
Yeah I guess It will be nice to have lots more clothes to work with..and buy
awww change can be fun though
That does sound annoying :/ We're supposed to be moving to a bigger store by the end of the year, where our old Woolworths used to be. I'd rather stay in where I am now though, I don't like change
Well the biggest problem of working in such a big store is not that you don't know where things are. I know where 90% of things are it's generally speaking when I am asked for obscure artists I've never heard of I go "who?" However it's a case of with such a big store comes a big management team and they often have conflicting ideas, choices and desires of what they'd like to see done. As a standard full time worker you get lumped with the ty end of the stick trying to satisfy them all when obviously you can't and obviously you don't have time to do so. I've generally worked in big retail environments since I was 18/19 and first began working for Sainsbury's in a £1,000,000+ a week store I used to do small retail however I would now find that quite dull to go back to unless I went in as someone looking to rise up because I am used to a much bigger workload.
That is big! I don't know if I'd like working in a shop so big. The New Look that I work in is pretty small, and I love working there.
Yeah generally speaking they are pretty damn huge. I work in the flagship HMV store which is 3 floors total it's actually confirmed in the 2010 guiness world book of records as the biggest music store in the world! I think thats a pretty cool fact being part of the team that works in that beast. However it really is a beast, it's quite horrible to work in. I would love to go to a smaller store, see if it improves my opinion on the company.
