I used to wish more people would post in mine. So what I did was start posting in tons of people's notes. A lot of them return the favor. Suddenly, I went from 800 to over 4000 in only about 2 months! A warning though, this takes a lot of time and commitment to usernotes. You may not wish to spend that much time usernoting!
