There's lots of good ones there. I like the first one a good bit, and several of the others. If something is newly listed, but it's below budget then that's not as big of a deal. If we're comfortable offering what they're asking then there's probably no reason they wouldn't take it. The second to last one actually looks pretty nice, and is priced well. I think we could repaint the interior to your liking and be happy.
