That’s because there is no definition for it. Still doesn’t mean using it is incorrect... though it is probably better to just write wow, and then use whoa (which is a real word).

They are completely different words. Woah is an alternative to wow. (the jaw drop creates the ah rather than the w, which may signify something more surprising/whatever than a wow) Whoa is more of a slow down kind of thing—along the lines of Hold up, or wait a minute. Used on horses.
