OK (I lied. I didn’t really brace myself for departure, and the impact shook me up so much that I couldn’t think of a worthwhile leaving note. Dammit! Wait, is shook even a word? It doesn’t look too good... hmm, I will have to research it next time I am at the library. Of course, I will have forgotten it all by the time I get home, so it will be little to no use. At least I will be close to smart people, though, so I can work on absorbing their genius. Then I will finally have the intellect required to craft you the goodbye note that you truly deserve.)
