Conversation Between Aerith's Knight and Rebellious Eagle

  1. Meteor showers are very faint. You have to be pretty lucky to spot them in time, but with your telescope, you can just look up what angle you'd have to look (or if you want, go by constellations) and just point it there. But yeah, it was pretty awesome, I immediately went to make a wish, until I realized I was a physicist and that it's a little silly.
  2. Oh my gosh, you saw a shooting star? I'm so envious! Whenever there's a meteor shower here I look outside but I never see anything. And I live in a small town, too. D:
  3. It really sucks I live in the city though, due to light pollution I barely see anything. Although a few months ago I actually saw a shooting star. That was pretty badass. It was really random too, I was just closing the blinds at 3 AM, and there it was. I almost thought I was dreaming. Of course, the scientist of me knows thousands of asteroids burn up in our atmosphere every day.
  4. I don't know much about stargazing either, but it's relaxing! And finding constellations gives me a cheap thrill. Haha.
    And thanks for the compliment!
  5. I don't know much about the night sky, but I love stargazing itself. I don't know why, maybe when you look out at that void, the small dots of light, so far away, it really shows how little your problems are in the grand view of the universe, and makes them seem insignificant.

I wish the roof on my apartment was flat, then I could lie flat on my back and look at them at night.

Oh, and to prevent you feeling left out as the only woman I don't compliment, you had a very pretty smile.
  6. I got that telescope as a gift, but sadly, I don't use it much. But since you reminded me, maybe tonight I'll go out and stargaze!
  7. I saw a telescope in your pic. Are you perhaps a stargazer? If so, very awesome.
  8. Of course I can be. It's my job. xD
  9. "*waves white flag*"

Well, you can still be eye candy?
