That's so sad I'm sorry for your loss, at least the little kittens are no longer suffering and they are at peace now, don't blame yourself though it's extremely difficult to prevent and treat fleas on kittens because they are so delicate and most flea medicines are too strong to use on them anyway. It's sad but dwelling on it wont bring them back, now you have the knowledge to prevent something from this happening again, so maybe in the future you'll actually be saving kittens from this experience, who knows!
i know i feel guilty all 6 died because of the evil fleas... they are creatures that came from hell. the worst was seeing them die. it wasnt nice
Yes it was great! But there was a lot of hardships suffered at the same time :/ Actually I can completely relate to you about feeling depressed over the impact of kittens dying, in my case it was puppies. I was midwife for my aunties pregnant Labrador, I have never delivered puppies before but there was no one else who could do it at the time and since we were in a village on the outskirts there was not a vet for miles. Out of the 8 puppies, I managed to deliver 6 properly, the first one was a stillborn along with the last one No one blamed me or anything but I still feel sad that I couldn't save them
