Really though, I don't think it can be =P any limits imposed on it only exist because of societal standards. And if a writer believes that having such a scene is how they best tell their story, then more power to them.

As I write a post defending the storytelling value of a tentacle rape scene, I find myself questioning whether "anything can be used to effectively tell a story" can be taken too far.
To be honest, it was written with pretty smurfed up intent so But yeah, considering my affinity for gruesome themes, I don't think you were far off
