Thanks! I hadn't even thought of Shepherd's Pie and I love that I made a mushroom frittata this morning. Was pretty good. It is going to be a hard month because I'm cutting out most junk sugars too like chocolate and whatever. I'm way above where I should be in weight and I'm sick of it, so I need to start making changes. Won't be easy though
Not a problem, cutting carbs is a tough thing. I'm pretty good at cooking most of the items on the list I posted so can assist you or at least provide you a recipe to follow
