  1. Yeah. And it's the right one.
  2. yeah well, that's just like, your opinion, man
  3. According to this exchange of words we are having.

You enjoy these shenanigans, I know you do.
  4. According to who?
  5. And yet we are engaging in social relations
  6. Yeah well I's not gonna work on me, buddy.
  7. To appear sociable i'm leaving everyone online a visitor message.
  8. I haven't read many books about that sort of stuff, but that's mostly because I almost never read books in the first place.

I have watched a fair amount of movies that have touched the subject in varying degrees. Ghost in the shell is one, Blade Runner and A.I. also comes to mind.

Terminator 2 is actually pretty interesting too, despite being mainly an action movie. Particularly the directors cut of T2 includes some scenes that I can't understand why were taken out of the first cut. It revealed that terminators that were sent out on missions were put in "read only" mode, so that the AI wouldn't pick up inconvenient thoughts. In one of the new scenes, however, sarah connor turned off that "read only" mode, allowing the terminator to learn new things and evolve socially with the humans around him.

smurfing forums complaining my post is too long, so i'm splitting it up
  9. The Matrix is of course another good piece on sentinent machines, and don't forget the battlestar galactica series, where human-shaped thinking and feeling machines are integral to almost every part of the story.

As for Persona 3, it is a love/hate relationship. The game design often seems like it hates the player, but the story is very interesting and refreshening. I also enjoy the artistic style a lot, and the near-future setting is one I would like to see more often in games.
  10. Do you have any recommendations for books to read about android and human relations? I recently bought "Do androids dream of electric sheep?" and I am going to read it soon.

Persona, from what I've read about it, seems like a fun game series to play. What are some of the things you like most about it?

Sorry, I'm not trying to play 50 questions. I just have a genuine interest.
