I remember seeing it and wishing it were canon ;_; In a troll thread, /vp/ decided that, even though Red and Ash are separate entities, since they're counterparts of the same character they are equal. It was one of the funniest threads I had ever seen.
Red is > Ash Ash only won a tournament in the filler Orange Saga. Did you watch it? It's pretty neat. But non canon.
I stopped watching the anime when I realized they were never going to let him win everything and become the champion :freak: Red > Ash
