  1. Tell me about it. I feel the cooldown system is a great way to actually fix the inequality between melee and magic. The social structure of the towns also really gets you involved with the world and the locals. I also appreciate how each of the characters play differently from each other because the game is huge and I probably would have tired of the battle system had they not done that.
  2. I totally know what you mean. It's like you really feel this world is alive and want to stay there. And you really get attached to the characters. I mean, there's just so many things this game does right...
  3. It's been a very engrossing game. I honestly don't have any major complaints against the title except maybe the fact it's going to make The Last Story seem ho-hum which is what seems to have happened to most people who played both games. I honestly think I've been holding off finishing the game because I don't quite want it to end.
  4. Bionis' Interior is the last area I've been to (as in, the second visit, after the Zanza stuff), since around the end here I accidentally deleted my save file. But at least I have a reason to replay this wonderful game I cannot remember the last time I was so engrossed in a game and all of its side quests, and though there are so many of them, I never seem to get bored of them. I think I can safely say that this is the best game I have ever played in my life. As for the favourite are - I just love the Makna Woods. It's like you said - they're all pretty awesome - it was a toss up between this, the Bionis' Leg, Satorl Marsh and Mechonis Field, for me - though Makna just has something that makes me want to always come back there and enjoy the view.
  5. Yeah, that is too tough to say really. I think the Fallen Hand might be my favorite since its one of the few areas where it's very obvious you are living on someone's body. Still, I really like all the areas for one reason or another so it's a bit difficult to narrow it down to one. I'm still in the Bionis Interior, but I've being holding off finishing the game so I can try to finish completing Colony 6, now that the last set of items I couldn't find are available. I'm Currently looking for Rainbow Slugs on the Fallen Hand and Black Beans in the Bionis Interior.
  6. How's Xenoblade coming along? Last I hear, you were nearing the end. I wanted to ask you what your favourite area was, 'cause there's so many gorgeous places there.
  7. I like how streamlined the quests are and how they are integrated well with the NPC townsfolks. It gives the cities and world more personality but without all the needless backtracking and concern about selling off quest items. The world is just gorgeous and the music is quite fitting.
  8. My feelings exactly. When looking at the game clock I could not believe I had already been playing for that long. Time just flies so fast when you play this game, there's just so much to do. Normally, I feel too many quests derail the main storyline, but here it's so well paced and you just get so involved in the quests it's just jaw-dropping.
  9. It's been a phenomenal game. I've already clocked in 25 hours and I still haven't left the Bionis Leg. I'm actually overwhelmed by just how well made this game has been designed.
  10. Hey there I heard you guys finally got Xenoblade Chronicles. I am so happy for you! I am also relieved everybody is so satisfied with the game - it was so perfect to me I was starting to get worried I was just being delusional. Having fun?
