There is some cool YA stuff too, like Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli.
A lot of it is pretty much romance novel tropes but some hot sex scenes in some of them. Also, I read them and ride the feelings so it is nice though I lose contact with the outside world...
