Ya, it was an xbox360 issue that I know of, it was an update that smurfed up the game, it was fixed very quickly but it did some damaged.
Ah, right. Must have been a launch issue, maybe? I never knew about that glitch but I didn't get it until it came out on PS4.
Yes I'm sure it stopped, I cycled through each guy, I had three at the time and looked it up online. I spent 2 weeks real time in a open sandbox game with no missions. It was a common glitch that was fixed with an update.
