Agreed on the blue shirt comment. There's a plot twist that lets you start a Social Link with her. Once you get that, I think you'll see why I like her and her voice acting.
I've kind of hated her voice acting so far >.< Not that I've seen much of it. And when she's in her bluish shirt she looks reeeallly creepy
Aigis is AWESOME! It takes her a little bit to develop, but once she starts to fully realize herself as an individual, she's one of my favorite characters. She's like Robo Freddy from Chrono Trigger. Only with some excellent voice acting.
