  1. Good job
  2. Nah, I dont' like being distracted during my Torture sessions. This year I'm content just looking at the reveals afterwords.

However I nearly crippled my summoners Eidolon with some STR damage from the black skeleton, so I've dealt a considerable blow to their melee potential throughout the remainder of the dungeon.
  3. Going to torture them while viewing the E3 stuff are ya now?
  4. Another monday, another chance to try to make my players cry.

Of course the Black Skeleton is the only really dickish thing they'll be encountering today. Today's trials are about slowing pinging my players as they trudge forward.
  5. I'm sure it will work out and if not, isn't half of being a good Gm is just about rolling with what life gives you?
  6. The crushing of hopes and dreams won't come until the next dungeon. This was just the result of a plan gone horribly wrong I fully intend to run with.

I did like Nicks reaction to the first encounter upon joining the campaign though. A Giant Clockwork Scorpion and a Bearded Devil going after the town and he saws "What kind of Campaign did I just jump in to?".
  7. Crush their hope and dreams...
  8. Game had to be cut a bit short, but on a whole yes!

I'm kind of hoping the Hostage survives though, dudes been rocking so far. Pulled quite a few tricks to dig up information I hadn't prepared myself against, so having him as he is was proving quite fun!

Though I guess we'll see if they manage to pull off his rescue. ^_^
  9. I take it you had a good evening?
  10. ...And a botched attempt to enter the mercenaries hid out ends with one Hostage.

The Parties Sorcerer/Ninja tried marching up to the third floor alone to investigate, smurfs up, and botches' a will save against a bards sleep spell, and the Paladin is not involved in this encounter. XD
