  1. Yeah Christmas is great about keeping the forum active. I'm grateful for her. My time is very little these days, so I can't really keep up like I used to.
  2. I'm just basking in the glow of resurrected threads. It's a surprisingly fun time to be a forum user.
  3. That probably wouldn't be a bad idea.

    How have you been?
  4. When you release a tell-all book about your time on EoFF, it has to be titled "What It Says On The Tin"
  5. Oh they snap together. No glue required.
  6. Legos I might be able to manage. I'd be overwhelmed if I had to get out a glue gun. I don't know if I could hold steady enough.
  7. The shelf space is the problem. Especially when you have pets.

The building part isn't so bad though. It's pretty much just legos, but it can get dicey with some smaller parts, but even those can be surprisingly durable. Thankfully the GunPla industry caters to kids, so it's pretty easy to get into.
  8. I don't, but I've been tempted. Usually after watching a season of Gundam or Zoids I'll fantasize about it. But I don't know if I have the patience or the precision handwork needed for tweaking all those small parts. Or the shelf space.
  9. I do have such a desk, except without the magnifying glass, but that's pretty much where my computer is. I usually make my models in my family area while dodging my curious cats. I only recently got back into modeling. I did it more in my college years but recently picked it back up because a hobby shop opened up near my work.

    Do you build models?
  10. Do you have a dedicated work station for your model building?

I picture a well lit desk with a magnifying glass somewhere close by.
