  1. Yeah man, Woodfordia is great. My girlfriend's from Kilcoy so it's a stone throw away! I'm pissed that Splendour went to Byron, that's far too far for me. It's already super expensive
  2. Random note, but I just read through some of our old stuff and saw that you went to Woodford folk fest years ago...Woodfordia is amazing and I would live there forever if I could, how good is that amphitheatre?! Unfortunately, they moved Splendour back to Byron now, which is generally a slop-hole...haha, still fun though. Also probably going to forget about this site again for another year or so, but it's good to revisit to drop random user notes occasionally, haha.
  3. Boom boom boom
  4. Kerrod~ You should hell give me your MSN add
  5. I know what the Hottest 100 is, my friend gave me the full two disc thing (I think for 07). That's where those other bands are, I just don't have any other songs of theirs! Can't believe I forgot, I must have like 30 Australian bands xD
  6. Ah yeah, they're not totally horrible bands but I'm not a real fan of any of those . Where's Muscles? The Presets? Architecture in Helsinki? The Grates? Birds of Tokyo? Cut Copy? PNAU? Haha, turns out I like more Australian bands than I'd first thought too (that's not all of them ). I'll mention that I also respect Kate Miller-Heidke, and I love her cover of 'Psycho Killer' (originally by The Talking Heads). Do you listen to Triple J? Because that's where the party is at...and i forgot to vote for the friggin' Hottest 100 (you may or may not know what that is ).
  7. How can I forget!? The Whitlams, and also Short Stack too!
  8. Well, I am a fan of Kisschasy, Eskimo Joe and The Getaway Plan, all Australian bands. I don't have many Australian bands on my iTunes though, but I have Bluejuice, The Living End and John Butler Trio. And a secret love for Kate Miller-Heidke
I haven't actually paid much attention to where my favourite artists are from, I had a few more Australian artists then I thought.

Didn't manage to get to The Big Day Out, but I went to the Woodford Folk Festival xD
  9. Dakota, my good man, a thought has just occurred to me and i'd like to share this rare brain wave

do you like any australian bands? there's like, nobody else on this site to discuss this with and when people think 'australian bands', the image is not good...on this topic, did you go to big day out? you're down that way, and i would have killed to go, but i didn't organise stuff early enough, and i went to schoolies [in airlie beach, not the gold coast] (it was pretty much one or the other because both required a rather large amount of money but one of my friends went to both )
  10. Shouldn't I be the one calling you sir? You are a year older than me
Never the less, Merry Christmas. Have a great one
