Indeed, Happy New Year, to you! Tofu also agrees with me, I've found. Not always rife with flavor. I have tried tofu burgers though. My parents hated them, but they were good enough for me.
Oh, and way back when from a message from 2007 regarding tofu.... yes I really do like it. Awesome stuff.
