Oh mine, I can't imagine having to challenge my dear qwertysaur. But leaving you in the hands of that beast Psychotic really worries me. Besides, I got no pokemons to use for challenges and even if I have, I will never hurt you! Like this!? Oh mine! It's so cute!!!! This is like how the kids that I taught follow me around too!!
Psychotic is one of the members of the elite four. He's my teammate and we members of the elite four as well as the Poké party in general all work together and support each other. If you defeat one of us you have issued a challenge and must be prepared to battle the rest of us. I don't want to have to battle a friend, but refusing a challenge is one of the most insulting things one can do. Challenges can also be issued for friendly battles to enjoy pokémon. Also did you know that Psychotic has a very large water pokémon reserve where a large variety of water types frolic all day long? He keeps it's location hidden because there are some people who would try and take advantage of them and he wants to protect them. It's really cute to watch the poliwag follow him around like ducklings.
