Supposedly, even in the NES days, analysts were thinking the NES would fail due to people's lukewarm feelings towards gaming after the video game crash of 1983. Let's hope Nintendo can keep staying strong in the gaming industry. We need a company like them to remind us that graphics, power, and online aren't everything, and to keep making family friendly games that are safe for everyone to enjoy (especially in this age of shooters and gory games). That must've been quite frustrating having him generalize you like that when he knew otherwise. I mean, after all the posting about liking and owning all consoles, and how much he knew you and proved you weren't a fanboy for any one particular console, he still labelled you as one. I kind of know how that feels, since I'm one of the few people that supported Playstation All Stars heavily (on this forum and another one), yet people think I only care for Nintendo.
Yeah, it just gets tiring after a couple of decades of hearing how Nintendo is doomed. I mean, I know in my post I said that kind of talk has been going on since the N64 days, but I remember when people were telling me that the SNES was doomed because of the Genesis. Anyway, I was more upset at the fact that the poster in question knows me somewhat, and chose to speak to me like I was some random fanboy when he knows that isn't the case. I just want to say, thanks for sticking up for the Wii U and Nintendo. I'm so sick of people thinking and predicting Nintendo will fail. The fact that we were called out as "Nintendo fanboys" for believing in the console was just really uncalled for and unfair. It's not like we were bashing on other consoles.

I think the activity here has been pretty good ever since I have returned. Honestly, I have been having the most fun online that I ever had before these days.
