Oh yeah, it's definitely probably old age. Sounds like she lived a happy, full life though. Still, so sorry you're going through this <3

A vet visit can't hurt, but if it's due to age there's not much you can do. With that said, this cat probably lived a full life so it's nothing to be so sad about dear (well it is, but not as much as it was for the kittens). How old is she?
