  1. Money was rarely an issue in this game, but use the exploit any cause it never hurts to have some extra Gella lying around. I've used the Item Duplication trick, but usually in the end game to max out spells, cards for Jack, and to get a ton of Scapegoats, because that's the only way you're going to beat the optional bosses.
  2. Did you spend much time on the Wild Arms mini games in the Ruin Festival? I had a cheeky read up about it and it seems like you can pretty much get rich there. I saved my game just before it so I still have time to do it before moving on. I also by chance read about an item duplication glitch that you can use to get 255 of any item but I don't want to cheat!
  3. Yeah, that was one of my favorite aspects of the game. They all acquire a few more tools, though one of Cecilia's is only important for the plot, and Jack's last tool is mostly for the optional bosses.

I'm glad to hear you figured it out.
  4. Terribly! I'm in the first dungeon, Lolithia's tomb, and I'm stuck already. I'm wandering around like a lost child but I refuse to check a guide this early on. I might be here for a while...at least I'm levelling up a bit xD

EDIT: OH WAIT. I might be getting somewhere! Found a ledge I could fall off to press a button that bring some purple barriers down.

EDIT 2: That wasn't the right button, but it got me a crest graph anyway. I HAVE found the right button now, though...took me quite a while figuring out I had to use Hanpan for it!

EDIT 3: I defeated the boss in the tomb I really like the mixture of puzzles so far and the way you switch between the three characters using their tools.
  5. How is WA1 treating you?
  6. Well get ready for a plethora of puzzle solving. If you've ever played Lufia or Golden Sun, its similar.
  7. I've only ever played like, two hours of Zelda...ever. Shoot me. Shoot me now!
  8. Yeah, its a very puzzle heavy series actually, so if you like Zelda, you'll feel right at home.
  9. Cheers! Sounds like a nice little mechanic.
I was just going round and round in circles in the first dungeon because I thought I kept coming to a dead end...I didn't realise I could push blocks out of the way...FML xD
  10. The force gauge is like a limit break meter. Each character will gain about four skills over the course of the plot. This meter slowly grows as battles take place and you get a huge chunk from taking damage. The skills you acquire consume a certain percentage of the meter, so currently you need 25% of the meter to use any of the characters special skills.

Jack starts with Accelerator, which makes him go first in a round regardless of the enemies speed. Great for emergency healing/revival.
Rudy gets Lock On, which raises the accuracy of his ARMS to 100% which becomes invaluable later on when you acquire weapons like the Bazooka and Grenade Launcher that do high damage but have abysmal accuracy.
Celine starts with Mystic, which allows her to make an item's effect apply to the whole party, which is great for healing purposes.

More skills will be acquired as you go but you always have access to all of the skills so if you have 50% Force Ability, you can either use a Lv. 2 skill once or a Lv.1 skill twice. Its a pretty neat mechanic once you get further in.
