  2. Ya, I heard authentic French restaurant takes their cuisine damn seriously. No jokes and stuffs.
    Well, I hope it is better nowadays with the changing times.

  4. But I heard as an apprentice in a French restaurant, they grill and torture you far worse than the army.
  5. Hopefully I can get some form of apprenticeship in a restaurant while I study, even if it's just as a kitchen hand. Then once I graduate I'd start looking for jobs as a Sous Chef or something like that :3
  6. If you graduate from the school, you'll still need to be an intern or something in some French restaurant before you can be a full fledged chef is it?
  7. Yes, there's lots of technique and really hard tricks. But it would be so rewarding to be able to do it well, I think. And I love a challenge!
  8. French cuisine seems so hard!!! I hardly get to eat French cuisine except in hotels or really posh restaurants! They are really strict on their cuisine right?
  9. Well my family is Italian, so I can cook a lot of Italian food well. But when I start studying I would like to specialise in French cuisine :3
