I was always afraid of the pain too, but I had no choice on the matter... In the end it was best though, the guy was really a jerk and I got over him much faster Txs for the note!
I'm not sure where I'm going with this, but the dirty stuff when you rip the band aid off is disgusting. I was always too afraid to rip it off quickly :(
