Kuwait has weird weather patterns. I have seen days where it reached -2 degrees with clear skies, and chilling wind which makes it feel -10 degrees at sunrise. At one point of Spring time this year, there was totally dark like midnight at morning time because of Heavy rains and temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius summer time.
