Just get rid of all the titles and call us all cks while inside we do stuff and things. I'm sure it'll be hit with "people shouldn't be going to SMM with mod stuff though." Or something like that. Honestly it's not as role specific with all the new people. I mean it is but it's less, this is your role so shh about other things. More cohesive staff with all the new role and people IMO.
They don't all have to do the same role. Internally you guys could keep track of who does what role but I gotta say that being on the other side, it makes no difference what all your titles are. It's actually more convoluted the way it is.
Oh the controversy! That would be too much work for SS and the current CK would have work to do /sarcasm. Ahh you know my feelings on it all.

Daawwww. To be honest, I don't know how much interest we'll have since we need more SMM, Editors, and techys than CKs. People don't throw fits over not getting those titles :/
