I didn't know that, but now that you have told me I feel compelled to train and master this method. Though I will have to refrain from painting myself green and roaring afterwards, but i'm sure i'll manage. also yeah tbh I don't really mind the show all that much, it is pretty funny most of the time and sometimes there are worthwhile people on it but when I turn the tv on and a reality show that started like 4 months ago is still going in the same series, it's...dire. yes that is the appropriate word. DIRE.

haha that reminds me of this thing the other day i read about affirmation. Apparently if you make a list of positive affirmations about yourself and then read them out loud every morning you can turn yourself into basically god because you'll make your brain believe it if you keep repeating it over and over again. IMAGINE THE TERROR THAT COULD BE WIELDED IF PEOPLE CONSTANTLY LIED TO THEMSELVES AND THEN BEGAN TO BELIEVE THEIR LIES? o wait that's the x-factor nm
