Sounds lovely. :} But the Hobbit was pretty awesome. I just saw it on Saturday there, pretty amazing stuff.
It was pleasant up until that night though. Ate Round Table pizza on the first night per her request. Walked 2 miles down to Starbucks for frapuccinos before trekking just over the hill nearby to see the Hobbit in theater. Freaking awesome movie, even if it did lack conclusion (I think they're turning it into a trilogy.
It was super fun. Except from the guy who threw up everywhere and had to be kicked out my house. Brought in the New Year with some drinks and some dance. It was good. Sorry to hear your thing isn't going so well. And perhaps one day you will learn to listen to people's advice! xD It probably won't happen, but you can always hope, eh? :P
How was your New Year party? My plans changed, I ended up having a girl stay the night (and the next day), but I ended up making our "thing" awkward when I started talking about... "what we were." People always tell me not to talk about this stuff, but I'm not fond of heeding the advice even if I've asked for it. It's like I'm more a scientist: people tell me the "right way" and I go the other way to see what happens. Usually, people are right and I get screwed. It's a little bit funny from a certain point of view.

That's pretty much what happened at my friend's Chanuka party (she and her brother were the only Jewish people there). Mischief among the misfits. One gay guy spent the night hitting on a straight guy (the looker of the party according to her) who strung him along in all his narcissistic glory while he made with a girl apparently not his girlfriend.
Sounds like fun. I had a lot of family visiting over Christmas and Boxing Day. Having some well deserved family down-time until New Year. xD But your New year party sounds fun. I am having one also, looking forward to having one too many drinks to bring in the New Year. :}
Yeah. The days before Christmas got visits with my aunt and her boyfriend, then my cousins from up north (with my favorite little cousin) and my grandma on my ma's side, then my cousins south of here with my grandma on my dad's side. Just today, I hung out with my ex at the movies (I know, "nothing good"). I'm supposed to hang out with some friends on Monday for a New Year's party.
Books. Lots of books. Uhh, money. Some DVDs. Chocolate! And a game or two. :} Not a bad haul. Have a good Christmas?
