An anime whose main character is the most horrible person in the entirety of anything, fictional or otherwise. Oh, the show may trick you to make you think he has a sliver of humanity, you learn he's even more horrible then you originally thought he was. He formulates the worlds most elaborate rape plan, which fails horribly, and yet still after that point in the story he seems like more and more of a terrible person. And the show is wonderful for it.
I've never even heard of Desert Punk.
After a few minutes pondering, I think that story's been written already anyway. it's called Desert Punk.
Just getting them all together in one place would take years.
