I dunno. I'd say probably real corsets and ballet heels, but I've never tried either mainly because of the OH MY GOD I HURT JUST LOOKING AT IT factor.
Those high heels look really uncomfortable. Out of curiousity, what women-only piece of equipment (I've been playing too much RPGs) is the most uncomfortable? I mean, stuff like high heels, earrings, chain necklaces, and other stuff most guys wouldn't wear.
