Creme brulee has 8 tablespoons of sugar along with another extra 1-2 on top for the caramelized sugar top. It's sweet and used for a dessert. onomnomnom

lol hair Creme Brulee is .. OMG it's animooted! Creme brulee is french for 'burned cream' - it's a custard with caramelized sugar on top. It sounds simple because it is simple (just bake a custard) but it's neat because you set a blowtorch to a layer of sugar sprinkled on top. Whee fire!
