Honestly, probably that its worth it to motivate myself. I have had so many days when the thought of doing any of these things is overwhelming and depressing, or I just don't feel like it, or I have no energy for it. But I am always always happy I did it afterwards. I'm always glad I gave myself that extra push I needed because its really helped me make some memories and do new things. That's also inspired me to go for other things I want, like the internship I will be discussing on Tuesday. I normally would have probably never gone after it but this is a huge opportunity for me and I don't know if it will work out until I've at least tried. So I guess short version is its taught me to give myself the extra push I need because its worth it in the end
