Haha, I do mean 14:00. AM is morning, PM is night generally. I live in San Diego, but you can use Los Angeles if that works better for your site.
hi.. i still dont know what AM and PM is :P but i guess you meen 14:00? and you live in America? becaus then we have a big time difference. i use a site where you can check how late it is in different country, but i can not find that unless i know a city in your area :o
