Yeah, I saw it. I'm not terribly thrilled about the doctrine of corporate personhood and would be happier replacing corporations altogether, but there's not much I can do about that right now

I agree completely. Half the reason this country is still so screwed up is because people are willing to tolerate whatever bull officials tell them. seiferalmasy2 in particular seems have absolutely absurd views on politicians and police judging from that thread and the one about Cameron's apology.
The amount of people who just want to put blinders on during any discussion on police misconduct never fails to frustrate me.
