  2. sounds like a plan, the only problem with sit-ups is they focus only on certain muscles, might want to add lunges and squats in to make sure you get them all otherwise you'll end up with an un-evenly flat tummy!

    I do sit-ups every night as I'm trying to get a toned and flat tummy hehe
  4. I actually started down the gym today lol but my intention is to go a minimum of 3 times a week for weights and if possible (i.e. I am not working 20 hours already or am not over my families etc) every day for cardio at the bare bones min
