I just have to. Otherwise I'd have absolutely zero motivation to start looking for work. I finish uni in three weeks and everyone else seems to be either going for interviews or kicking back because they're already working as social workers. I've only applied for one job as a case worker at a youth centre and gotten turned down.

So I'm setting myself a new goal. I'm gonna turn my car into something my girlfriend will be ashamed to sit in and call me a douche for wasting money on xD. And to do that, I'll need more than the $84 I've got in my bank account. These Modellista kits look really good compared to some of the other Auris kits I'd previously looked at. They look somewhat more dignified and less showboaty. I don't want to be one of those drivers that has to take speed humps at quirky angles to avoid bottoming out. I just want a car that looks nice.

New wheels, new paint scheme, new seats... So many ideas! I can't wait to start working and put them all into action.

    New girlfriend may well be on the cards if I actually go through with this. xD

    She's told me that an acceptable alternative would be to buy a second hand car and do whatever the hell I want with it.

    Just took my resume to the career's centre at uni. They've given me some tips to tidy it up a bit. The kind of jobs I want though tend to ask for a complete academic transcript instead of just an expected completion date, so I'm still going to have to hold off for a few weeks before I do any more applying.

    My girlfriend's vetoed my decision to go to the motor show this weekend, so we're going to Sexpo instead. Normally, going to see lots of hot, barely-clothed chicks would be awesome, but I would've gotten to see that at the motor show too, only they would've been standing next to hot cars.
