That's just petty. If you're going to rob someone, fair enough, but stealing their goddamn door? How rude. It puts you out even further, and is just the most ridiculous thing, which prompts people to laugh and upsets you even further.

here on ff it doesnt bother me too much, but its my mom who keeps telling this story and make it a joke everytime... by now i am getting angry at her becaus she keeps repeating it...
everytime the car gets mentioned, she has to mention that it was the door they stole
my mom always try's to laugh everything away

My grandma thinks they probably stole your door because they needed one and you had the same car as them. Makes sense.
