Food Photography ? An Introduction This might be somewhat useful. I only glanced at it really, but it seemed pretty solid advice to consider. Taking pictures on a phone can make things slightly more difficult just because the camera tends to be of lower quality than a camera that's just meant to take pictures, but you can still set up some good pictures with a lower quality camera. One of my really good friends does a relatively successful baking blog. I may ask her if she has any good resources you can look at to help improve your food photography.
